− Managing client and candidate relationships;

Regardless of how we receive your personal data, it may be used by all employees of CareToMatch. To achieve the purposes described in this privacy statement, it may be necessary to disclose personal data to the following categories of recipients: external service providers, clients, opposing parties and their legal representatives, business partners with whom we may need to coordinate the provision of legal services, as well as authorities and courts.
We would like to point out that, as part of managing assignments, we rely on external IT service providers and cloud providers with servers in Switzerland or the EU. We also use certain IT services and communication tools that may carry data security risks (e.g., email, video conferencing). It is your responsibility to inform us if you wish to implement specific security measures.
