Part 2: The Journey
Departure from Belgium
The day of departure arrived. I had loaded my car with my personal belongings and said goodbye to my family and friends. It was an emotional moment, but I was also excited about the adventure that awaited me. CareToMatch had helped me plan my route. I would be on the road for about seven hours. I got into my car and began the long drive to Zurich.
The Drive through Europe
The drive from Belgium to Switzerland was an experience in itself. I drove through the beautiful landscapes of Germany, admired the vast fields and picturesque villages. Along the way, I made several stops to rest and enjoy local delicacies. The journey ultimately took eight hours, including the stops.
Arrival in Switzerland
When I reached the Swiss border, I felt a mix of excitement and nervousness. This was the beginning of a new chapter in my life. After a few more hours of driving, I finally arrived in Zurich. My new apartment was modern and well-located, and I felt at home immediately.
